About

In 2008, I was under immense stress working in the corporate world. I felt the negative effects both physically and mentally, and I realized that I needed to pay attention to what my body was trying to tell me. That is when I discovered yoga. It didn't take long for me to realize the healing powers of yoga and how its lessons could be applied to everyday life. Since then, I have never looked back.

As I continued with my own practice, I developed a strong desire to help others manage stress and find balance in their lives. This passion led me to embark on a lifelong journey to become a Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist. I draw inspiration from my studies of meditation, yoga philosophies and yoga therapy. Yoga provides a space for self-reflection, healing and inner peace. Understanding that yoga is an ongoing journey of self-discovery and helping others, I constantly seek further training and courses to support my growth. In 2023, I completed the Yoga Therapist Training at Yoga Therapy Toronto, and I am thrilled to continue offering Yoga Therapy as a complementary method of healing.

I feel immensely grateful for all the teachers, students, friends and loved ones who have inspired me and continue to inspire me. I am especially thankful to my teachers Tracey Soghrati, Ante, and Felicia Pavlovic for their wisdom, guidance, and inspiration.

The motivation behind my yoga teaching stems from my own experiences and explorations. It brings me great joy to share my love for yoga through private, public and corporate classes, making it accessible to everyone. Having personally witnessed the toll that stress can take on the body and mind, I understand the importance of achieving balance in life. I consider it a true blessing to have the opportunity to help my students reconnect with their authentic selves.

When I am not on the mat, I enjoy traveling, reading and spending quality time with my husband, friends, and family.
